We are nestled in the small town of Olathe, CO, and it all started back in 1965 with the family's own herd of dairy cows. Then in 2008 we opened Rocking W Cheese to offer our fresh milk and artisan cheese to our community. We have since grown throughout Colorado and beyond.
Rocking W Cheese is the only artisanal cheese producer on the Western Slope of Colorado. You can taste the Colorado air within our farmstead fresh milk and artisan crafted cheese.
