About Our Company

Rocking W Cheese is the culmination of years of hard work and a family dream.  The owners and employees of Rocking W have a strong business and farm educational background.

Rocking W Cheese originated from WEBB Dairy - the dream of Robert and Charlotte Webb.  The Webb family has been in agriculture for six generations after homesteading in the Uncompahgre Valley. 

Forty-three years ago Robert and Charlotte Webb decided to buy Charlotte's Parents 20 dairy cows and start their own dairy.  Owning nothing more than a refrigerator and an old car, they were able to borrow the money for the cows and purchase the 80 acre place where the dairy is now located - 2 miles west of Olathe.

They raised three children on the dairy - Sonya, Caryn & Jim.  Their Son, Jim Webb and son-in-law John Gibson came back home to the dairy after graduating from college and are now co-owners with Robert and Charlotte. 

Webb Dairy is truly a family owned and operated dairy!
